Katy and Gary's wedding was absolutely full of joy! They went for a chilled out vibe, which I am a big fan of. It meant that everyone was relaxed and had fun throughout the day, which really reflected Katy and Gary as a couple. We started the day with everyone getting ready, which was possibly the most chilled out I have ever seen a bride and a groom. The lads were at a friends house having a good time whilst putting on their suits. It kind of felt like a regular Saturday morning! The ceremony was held in their local church which was utterly idyllic. It was small and quaint and was the perfect start to an awesome day. During the ceremony, you could tell that Katy and Gary were just completely head over heels.

After the ceremony, we all headed back to Katy's parents farm. It looked like something out of a movie! Alongside the picturesque marquee, Katy and Gary had set up a tipi village for their friends to stay in over night. It all looked fantastic! I love weddings that centre around the family home and the farm was just perfect for Katy and Gary's chilled out vibe. It looked like a professional, tried and tested Marquee Wedding Venue though! Perhaps a new business venture is on the horizon for Katy's parents! To round off the evening, Chris Turner did a comedy set. I can honesty say I struggled to hold the camera straight he was so funny! Genuinely one of the funniest comedians I have come across! His set provided some fantastic photographs, everyone single person was having such a brilliant time! I felt so privileged to have been invited to photograph Katy and Gary's wedding, they are such an awesome couple. We also did an engagement shoot in the months leading up to the wedding, which meant I got to know them both really well. They really relaxed in front of the camera and meant I got some fantastic shots of them, both for their engagement and on their wedding day.
