Oxfordshire Wedding Photographer - Millie & Ben

I honestly struggle to put into words how incredible this weekend was. From start to finish, Millie and Ben created a wedding that felt like a movie. Just wow.

Their weekend had everything, a beautiful and meaningful setting, a church that held so much family history, a marquee reception at Millie’s family home, the loveliest friends and family, chaotic British summer weather, pouring rain one second and blue skies the next, epic fireworks, unforgettable speeches, the legendary Pinnington Games, if you know, you know, and at the heart of it all, two people completely, madly in love.

It all made for such a special wedding to photograph, and one I know I won’t forget. As an Oxfordshire wedding photographer, these are the kinds of weekends you dream of documenting. So much emotion, so much character, and so many moments that felt both deeply personal and full of life.

Millie looked absolutely stunning in her @halfpennylondon dress. It couldn’t have suited the vibe of the day more perfectly.

I was so glad when Millie and Ben chose to add film coverage alongside digital. As a 35mm film wedding photographer, I always love the way film brings a softness, texture and feeling that’s hard to replicate. These are just a few of my favourite film photos from the weekend. The soft grain, tones and feel suited the elegant, joyful and classic nature of the day so well.
