"Simply wonderful! We worked with James in December 2019 to photograph our wedding and would 100% recommend him. Not only is he amazing at his job - he listened to what was important to us and captured our day in a way that was entirely unique - but he is also the loveliest, most genuine bloke you'll ever meet. He made everyone feel entirely at ease and integrated seamlessly into our day. We loved working with him and will cherish our wedding pictures forever. So your hunt for a wedding photographer ends here... you just found the best one out there!!"- Charlotte & Harry
Welcome to an incredible winter wedding at Combe Manor Barn! If you're looking for inspiration for your own winter wedding, look no further. Charlotte and Harry absolutely nailed it! Think of your favourite things about Christmas and weddings and put them together for an epic festive celebration! And I have to say, Combe Manor Barn was the perfect setting to bring it all together. The day started off with Charlotte who got ready with her Mum, sister and bridesmaids. I love these images because you can see just how excited she is! Time evaporated as it often does on wedding days and we were soon at the ceremony. This was led by Charlotte's Grandfather in the church found on the grounds of Combe Manor Barns. The beauty of this venue is that they aren't too prescriptive. They let Charlotte and Harry build their perfect day, which included a candlelit wedding ceremony. I can't think of anything more romantic!
A Combe Manor Barn Wedding
Then for the party- and what a party! Everything was wonderfully put together from the decorations to the speeches to the live band. The whole of Combe Manor Barn was decorated with beautifully festive touches, making an already beautiful venue even more so! Each and every speech was hilarious, all coming together perfectly with Harry showing off his Mr Messy waistcoat. Unknown to Charlotte, this was bought as a tribute to his rather aged Mr Messy t-shirt that had become an old faithful to them both! It was met with tears of hilarity and got everyone in the mood for a communal sing song of the 12 days of Christmas. Onto the evening and the band got everyone on their feet. All of the guests partied the night away and saw Charlotte and Harry off with a sparkler exit. It was the perfect end to a wonderful day. Planning your own winter wedding?
