Anna and Gus's wedding was one of the highlights of my summer! I traveled up to Wirral near Liverpool and it was 100% worth the journey. It was such a brilliant wedding for so many reasons! I started the day with Anna and her family and bridesmaids and it was a morning full of fun- which was certainly the vibe for the rest of the day! There was so much laughter and excitement, such a wonderful sense of anticipation for the day ahead. Anna and Gus are the nicest of couples and really made me feel like such a part of their wedding day. The ceremony was held at St Peters Church in Heswall and was led wonderfully by their vicar Jacky. Their ceremony was so full of joy and celebration, I was loving every minute.
An Old Field Farm Wedding
After their beautiful ceremony, we then headed over to their country field reception. This was held at the Old Field Farm wedding venue and it was perfect. I have to say, as much as I was enjoying the adventure as I headed up the track to the farm, the end destination was the place to be! The views from the venue were stunning- they stretched right across the River Dee. Anna and Gus couldn't have picked a more perfect location for their country celebration. I was in my element and we got some fantastic portrait photographs in the evening sunshine. The guests certainly enjoyed it, as well as a lot of dancing and an evening full of fun! The whole day was a joy to be a part of and also gave me the opportunity to work with their awesome wedding planner, Charlotte Dodd. An amazing day with an amazing couple- I couldn't ask for more really! Check out my photos below from the day.
